Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! From Alaska to Australia, through Tibet straight back to Patagonia, there isn’t a place we can’t reach. Though, be aware of the fact that the customer has to pay for the shipping fees.

Are all products authentic?

Of course, they are! Once our products arrive, they are checked thoroughly by our specialists on authenticity and quality. When products are not authentic, we immediately get rid of them. When the product quality isn’t optimal anymore, we send the shades to our dear optician Rob. Rob refurbishes every pair of shades thoroughly, he straightens them, changes the screws and he even replaces the lenses if necessary. 

Are all products vintage? 

The majority of our products are vintage, meaning they are at least 15 years old. Most of our products date back to the 90’s and the early 00’s. Sometimes, we sell newer products (15 years old), but only if we think the product is worth selling. Most products are used, but refurbished. Some products are new old stock, meaning that they have never been used.

How long does it take to ship?

We use DHL shipping for most of our shipments. We ship every order within three working days, the majority of our orders will even be shipped within a day. Within the Netherlands, DHL will deliver the next day. In the EU, it will take 3-4 working days. It takes DHL up to 10 working days to reach customers in all other parts in the world.

Do we allow returns?

We only allow returns in the form of store credit, meaning you can spend the amount again on another pair of shades once we received the old pair back. Returning a product is at the customer’s expense.
